This unique set of deluxe nipple clamps works when pressure is put
on the device. Set the plexiglass plate between the nipples and set the
top portion in the hole to engage. The tension on the nipples
hold the top and bottom piece together. Twist the knob to increase or decrease
the pressure via the threaded post.
