Do you accept custom orders?

We do not accept custom orders.

How do I cancel an order?

Email us right away at cuffstoresales@gmail.com. We ship very quickly, usually within hours of your cleared payment. If we cannot cancel your order before it goes out, it may be returned, buyer pays return shipping.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 21days, there is 20% Restocking Fee. Items must be new and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. We cannot accept returns on items that may pose a health risk such as items that come in contact with bodily fluids. 

We accept returns on defective items for 14 days. If we receive an item that is deemed not defective it will be returned to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, the majority of items are available to ship internationally. PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
