SHIPPING POLICY

This Policy applies to purchases from Clawfoot Productions LLC, doing business as Cuffstore ("Cuffstore," "we," "us," or "our"), and forms part of our Terms of Service.

SHIPPING OPTIONS, COSTS, AND ESTIMATES

Available shipping methods, charges, destination restrictions, and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout or elsewhere on the Site. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself mean that we accepted the order. Order acceptance is governed by our Terms of Service.

We will ship within the time stated at checkout or, if no time is stated, within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot ship on time, we will provide any delay notice, revised shipment date, cancellation option, consent request, and refund required by law. Nothing in this Policy limits rights under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule or other applicable consumer law.

ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELIVERY

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. Contact sales@cuffstore.com promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Risk of loss and title pass only as allowed by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy changes mandatory rights concerning goods that are lost, damaged, or misdelivered. If tracking shows a problem or your package does not arrive, contact sales@cuffstore.com with your order number.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped discreetly in unmarked packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Availability of the Site does not mean that we ship every product to every country. Outside the United States, adult products other than collars are eligible for shipment only to Canada and Australia. Collars may be shipped to other destinations supported at checkout, subject to carrier availability and applicable law. The destination and shipping methods actually offered at checkout control and may change because of carrier, product, or legal restrictions.

International orders are currently shipped on a duties-and-import-taxes-unpaid basis (commonly described as a DAP or customer-import-charge posture), unless checkout expressly states otherwise for a particular order. We do not currently collect duties or import taxes at checkout. The recipient may be treated as the importer and may be required by the carrier or destination authority to pay import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges before or after delivery. Those charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. Check with the destination country's customs authority before ordering.

We do not promise delivered-duty-paid (DDP) service unless checkout expressly identifies it for the order. Displaying a destination, currency, or shipping option does not represent that Cuffstore is registered for, collects, or remits VAT, GST, sales tax, duties, or other taxes in that destination. This allocation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not make you responsible for a charge that the law requires us to disclose, collect, pay, or include in the displayed total.

For a voluntary international exchange, the customer pays shipping both ways. If an international shipment is returned to us by the postal service, we will refund the item price after receipt, but the original shipping charge will not be refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the return resulted from our error. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Carriers, customs authorities, weather, labor disruptions, emergencies, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect transit after shipment. We will provide assistance and any notice, cancellation option, replacement, or refund required by applicable law. A delay outside our control does not remove a mandatory consumer remedy.
