Flat-Band Handcuffs with Rings

The Flat-Band Handcuffs with Rings are flat oval stainless steel wrist restraints with removable rings. Removing the rings gives them a discreet bracelet-style profile. Each cuff has one locking position and opens by removing its closure screw with an included Allen drive key.
