Rigid Neck-and-Wrist Spreader Bar

The Rigid Neck-and-Wrist Spreader Bar is a stainless steel restraint with a neck opening at the center and wrist openings at each end. The rigid bar places each wrist 9 inches / 22.86 cm from the neck section, while a front attachment ring can connect to a lead or anchor point.
